Rawum- Raw Dry Prune

It is the protector of the 1900-year-old Roman Celsus Library in the ancient city of Ephesus. Plumtree reflects the energy and healing of ancient lands with flowers every spring.

It is rich in vitamins A, C, E, Zinc and Selenium, which are powerful antioxidants and are mention as Big War Five. Prune is at the beginning of ORAC (Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity) Table which measures the antioxidant capacities of the vegetables and fruits prepared by the Tufts University Anti-Aging Nutrition Research Center.

The goal of a healthy life is to take nutrients at 3000 ORAC units per day. For maximum metabolism protection, the target is the 5000 ORAC Unit. There are 5770g ORAC units in 100 g prunes. It is followed by raisins (2830 ORAC Unit) and black blackberries (2036 ORAC Unit).

It is a useful natural glucose and energy source. It is recommended not to eat more than 1 handful so that blood sugar does not rise too high.
